Perfect for a wedding or a first anniversary gift, the first anniversary present is paper!
This handmade decoration is made to order. I will draw the pattern by hand with the names and wedding date you request included to make a papercut pattern. I will then cut out the pattern by hand and apply the papercut to a wooden heart shape, then adding varnish to keep it safe. As shown in the photographs, the exact design will vary depending on the length of the name.
The decoration is 9.5cm in width and 9cm in length. It is finished with a pink and white string. The back of the decoration is left plain and it is possible to write on the wood if you wish to write a message on it.
Please choose a colour from those included in the last photo and check your spellings and date.
I work completely by hand. I never use a computer or laser cutter for my work, just a trusty old pencil and tracing paper and then a very sharp scalpel.
The papercut is posted in environmentally friendly, recyclable packaging with no plastic by second class post. If you would like me to include a gift note please let me know.
