Our story
I’m Caroline, the founder of Make Your Day. The idea for this marketplace for weddings and special occasions came to me after planning my own wedding in 2018.
At the time, I was working part-time and looking after my one-year-old. I spent countless hours researching small businesses to find products that matched my style and budget. It was overwhelming and time-consuming, and I knew there had to be an easier way for brides and grooms to find what they were looking for. That’s when the idea of Make Your Day was born.
After working as a design lead for 17 years and balancing work, three children and home life, I decided this year to put my dream into action and work full-time on my new venture. So here I am.
My mission is not only to make it easier for consumers to buy products that make their day special, but to help the people behind small businesses flourish.
I’m so excited for this journey. This is the beginning of something wonderful.
