Shipping Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of the products, which include hand-done calligraphy, custom engraving, and delicate assembly, preparation and dispatch will be within 3 to 5 weeks from the date of purchase. This time allows for all necessary stages, including design confirmation, meticulous hand-personalization, and final quality checks.
All orders are shipped using primarily Royal Mail or Evri.
You will access to a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of the work, we are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds on any personalized product. Damage During Transit
We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged:
