Return Eligibility
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
Sale items are only eligible for return if faulty.
How to Return
Email us at hello@bridebox.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your name and address, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Our team will respond with return instructions and a return authorisation.
Please package your items securely in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
The refund amount will be for the cost of the item(s) minus the original shipping cost. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
If an item was purchased with a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at hello@bridebox.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your name, address and clear photos of the damaged/faulty items.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping costs.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bridebox.co.uk.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
