Due to the bespoke nature of the products, which include hand-done calligraphy, custom engraving, and delicate assembly, preparation and dispatch will be within 3 to 5 weeks from the date of purchase. This time allows for all necessary stages, including design confirmation, meticulous hand-personalization, and final quality checks.
All orders are shipped using primarily Royal Mail or Evri.
