All items are handmade so please allow time for your order to be made. Processing time typically takes around 2-4 days so please add this time onto your delivery time. If you require urgent delivery please contact us prior to placing your order to check your order can be completed within the required time.
All items are shipped via a trackable service. Your order will always be dispatched to the shipping address that you stated when you placed your order. If you realise that you have noted the wrong address please contact us immediately. If we have already shipped the items and the address that you noted in your order was incorrect, you will need to wait until it is returned to us or reorder your items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on order with incorrect shipping information.
Refund Policy
At Luna and Wild, every piece is lovingly handmade to order, using sustainable practices and eco-friendly packaging. We want you to adore your dried flower accessories and bouquets, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about returns:
1. Dried & Preserved Flower Designs:
Due to the perishable nature of dried and preserved flowers, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items.
2. Artificial Flower Designs:
Returns are accepted for artificial flower designs. If you wish to return an artificial flower item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange your return. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
3. Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
